The place is beautiful and VERY clean. The service is excellent and the workers are nice. I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with fries and it was delicious. My mom and I had to share because it was too big for me. My dad ordered the lemon pepper wings (they are fried lemon pepper wings!!!) with fries. Before leaving, we ordered the plain wings and the Louisiana penne pasta. I put a good portion of the Louisiana penne pasta on my plate because it was overwhelming . Overall, the food was hot and phenomenal.

Love the ambiance and service... food was large servings and delicious.. I had the Meatloaf sandwich on cheese bread with tomatoes and garlic mashed potatoes and side of signature gravy..and you do not have to come into the Casino it has a separate hallway entrance and you can bring family. There is also a steakhouse across the hall and event center...

*update* A better experience on a later visit and the staff was nice but sometimes not around when you needed them. Food was good. Adjusted up a bit. It was ok when they first opened but this last visit was bad, very bad. Extremely slow service! Staff has an "I don't care attitude" and almost never checks up on you when needed. Had to ask other staff for refills and they give off an attitude like "you're not my table". I was nice the entire time so that shows you something. They even forgot my dessert order due to "kitchen mix-up" and when it came out, it was bad not matching the description. I even heard the "potato pancakes" were misleading on the menu because they're just hash browns. Too many bait and switch descriptions. The burger and fries were good. The chili was a little too spicy but not really bad. The lemon "pie" was a disappointment. I don't typically complain so when it happens, you know it's bad. Please fix it!

We enjoyed our first time here. Nicely greeted and waitress appeared within 2 minutes of us being seated. Very friendly. The two items we ordered were yummy. Not a long wait either. The only downside I saw was the beer selection is very small. Food is reasonably priced.

Went to Rivers this evening to use some food comps and free play, Crossings Cafe didn't disappoint! Tamika and Aaron took great care of us and the food was awesome as always. I had the FLITP Crossings Burger and fries and wife had the Hampton Roads Salad. Great food, great value and great service, we were winners!

2025.05.30. Added new pictures and commentary. 2024.xx. The Rivers Crossing is a great little place to eat nestled inside the Rivers Casino. I rated this place and under Rivers Crossing already on maps but evidently they lost it and so I'm having to repost it. The decor is really neat and unique it's very comfortable to sit and look at it. And that I will add that the decor is nice enough to make you feel comfortable just cooling your heels for a while while you enjoy some very delicious food. Food is mostly American with some exception such as the chicken quesadillas which by the way are off the hook. The potato skins are great they're actually half potatoes with bacon cheese onions scallions sour cream. And if you want something that's not so heavy the vegetables steamed vegetables were green beans and delicious little bit of spice and looks like olive oil and steamed.
